As the **OPERATIONS MANAGER**, you will oversee the performance and effectiveness of our technicians in our Commercial and Remote Guarding (RG) divisions, ensuring that equipment operates at peak efficiency to protect our clients and their assets. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, Project Managers, the Command Center, and Customer Service to create a unified, high-performance team that aligns with _The Radius Way_ - proudly doing things differently.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You will have the privilege of leading our RG Field Manager, Commercial Security Project Manager, and both Commercial and Remote Guarding Technicians.
**COMPENSATION**
The Salary Range for this role is $100K - 120K annually, depending on experience.

- Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, ensuring each team member has a clear scorecard with defined goals and expectations.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports, providing timely feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Act on insights from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and employee feedback.
- Hire top talent, ensuring the team is staffed for success, and hold managers accountable for delivering an exceptional onboarding and training experience.
- Enhance training programs for both managers and frontline team members, emphasizing skill development and career progression.

- Take ownership of the department’s financial health by managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and achieving profitability targets.
