We are seeking a high energy Cleaning Technician who has a passion for achieving customer satisfaction and making a suite feel like home The applicant must be highly motivated, reliable and carry a positive attitude at all times As a key member of the Cleaning Team, the Cleaning Technician will strive to create a high level of resident and community satisfaction, by housekeeping services for all of our spaces in a safe and efficient manner

**A day in the life**
- Our Cleaning team plays an integral role in our daily operational success, responsible for providing cleaning services for all of our resident suites
- The Cleaning team is always on the go, moving from space to space to clean and disinfect all common areas including; floors, kitchens, staircases, appliances, bathroom tubs, toilets, sinks, showers, and all other surfaces Always keeping an eye out for interior and exterior damages to the property to report to the rest of the team.
- Our Cleaning team interacts with our members daily, and maintain positive and professional relationships, while working in a fast paced environment.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience working directly with customers, or in a hospitality related field.
- Knowledge of the general types of cleaning products and appropriate uses, is considered an asset.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, flexible and detailed oriented.
- Flexible hours
- Ability to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Reliable transportation to get to the property.
- Punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude.
- Smoking is not permitted on the property.
- The applicant must own and wear non slip footwear, an extra pair of shoes is required in the winter for inside suites. Uniform (pants and shirts) will be provided.
- A valid Police Criminal Record Check will be required upon hire.
