**Shipper / Receiver - Lead - Jobbing shop**

**Must have experience working in an industrial environment with machines and equipment.**

**Main duties would be coordinating pick up or drop off of customers equipment.****:

- Setting daily truck routes with the drivers and working with our sales team on priority jobs.**

**Main duties - **Organize Team for Morning deliveries**

**Manage Transportation route and crew schedules for Drivers**

Would be coordinating pick up or drop off of customers equipment.

We service our customers break downs and repair anything and everything

Directing our drivers and ensuring our shipments make it back in time.

Working with project managers and foreman Barrie Welding comes together to ensure we meet the customers demand. you will be a big part of this team in ensuring so.

**You will need**
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- US Customs Shipping Experience
- Computer knowledge in Word, Excel etc.
- Self starter with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Lift truck experience
- Packaging experience
- Must be a team player

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ship and receive all inbound and outbound materials as required.
- Update status of inbound and outbound orders.
- Coordinate packing and shipping of all goods, including assembling packages, weighing them.
- Resolve discrepancies between orders and goods, such as delays, condition, weight, quality, etc.
- Maintain inventory of incoming, stored, and outgoing goods, as well as current space available.
- Order shipping supplies as required.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks within the shipping & receiving area.
- Perform general duties and assist team as required.

Lead Specific tasks, train workers in duties and policies, Resolve work related problems associated with the dep’t, Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules and procedures

Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Co-ordinate, assign work and routes

Ability to work with team on pick up and drop off points for 1 to 2 people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
