As a _**Junior Construction Loan Monitor**_, one of your primary roles will be coordinating with construction site representatives and visiting construction sites to take photos and monitor the work in place, so it is key to have a valid driver's license to _**visit our sites**_ in the _**Atlantic Canada**_. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in _**Nova Scotia**_ or _**New Brunswick**_ due to the nature of the work.
- **Hanscomb Loan Monitoring Inc**_._ offers full cost control services, scheduling, loan monitoring, value management, construction cost monitoring for large and small projects across Canada. Our Atlantic operation has immediate opportunities for a _**Junior Construction Loan Monitor **_to be a part of its expanding office.

One to two years experience in construction costing, project monitoring, coordination or management is an asset. Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or Construction Estimator Certified (CEC) designations with CIQS or working toward achieving their PQS is recommended but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
