**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies that may affect pricing.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Provide ongoing support during the bidding process, including responding to inquiries from contractors and clients.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
