**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Document Administration**: Accurately manage, verify, and archive commercial loan documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Operational Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Lending Operations team, including data entry, document review, and records management.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Liaise effectively with internal departments (e.g., branches, legal) and external partners to facilitate the timely exchange of information and documentation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough reviews of loan files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance, including verification of underwriting and required signatures.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data, generate reports, and support operational workflows.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver responsive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed of updates to commercial lending policies, procedures, and systems, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within the financial services or commercial lending sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of information with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team objectives and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and knowledge to support evolving business needs.
