**Seven Lending** is looking for a new Mortgage Agent to join their growing business. We have been growing and expanding in the space of Alternative & Commercial mortgages and are looking for someone who can assist our clients throughout the process.

**Job Duties**:

- Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met. This includes making calls to new leads, doing regular follow ups etc.
- Work and establish and foster relationships with clients and assist them in making an informed decision
- Ensure proper follow-up is given to each client throughout the mortgage process
- Act as an intermediary between a lender and a borrower who needs a mortgage loan
- Keep informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as changing rules and regulations, pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages
- Ensure compliance as per BCFSA rules and requirements of the company / provincial laws and regulator.

**Compensation**:
Salary + Commission

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Sub-Mortgage Broker license is required.
- Proven track record of sales
- **Experience with Private mortgages and / or Commercial mortgages** is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
