Jim Keay Ford Lincoln, a family-owned dealership serving Ottawa for over 40 years, is looking for an enthusiastic and professional **Appointment Coordinator/Customer Agent Specialist** to enhance our customer experience in our Lincoln, service, and parts departments.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally and provide undivided attention to their needs
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints with tact and diplomacy
- Send reminders for service appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system
- Promote dealership campaigns and special events, offering information on features, specials, and updates
- Support Service Advisors as needed and maintain a positive, organized workspace
- Stay up-to-date with dealership training programs and health and safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Familiarity with PBS system and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) an asset
- Strong product knowledge and excellent time management skills

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
