**Super Sucker Hydro Vac Services** is looking for a seasoned and proficient **Outside** **Sales Representative** to support with client acquisition, product presentations, and driving sales growth for our diverse range of construction services.

**What You’ll Do**

**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and close high-revenue opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, supporting everything from onboarding to long-term service delivery
- Collaborate with contacts across all levels of client organizations, including senior executives
- Monitor and respond to public tenders, incoming sales inquiries, and potential project leads
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while managing expectations and ensuring service excellence
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project milestones in CRM software
- Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service

**Proposal & Quotation Management**
- Prepare and present custom quotations, proposals, and service solutions
- Develop strategies to increase client engagement, product adoption, and service utilization
- Promote new and existing services, identifying opportunities for expansion within client accounts
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Manager

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience & Education**
- Minimum of **3 years of sales experience**, ideally in the construction or industrial services sector
- Proven success in account management and client relationship development
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Post-secondary education in **Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering**, or a related field

**Skills & Attributes**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to assess client needs and present tailored solutions
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on results and long-term relationship-building

**Working Conditions**
- Some local travel required for client meetings, site visits, or industry events
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
