**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**YOU ARE GREAT AT**:
- Lead a team of high performing professionals in all aspects of real estate and office portfolio management, including the lease agreement lifecycle, relationships with landlords, branding/aesthetics, day-to-day operations, security, health & safety, amenity programs and move/construction projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a world class office experience strategy that promotes collaboration and productivity while optimizing utilization.
- Partner with senior business leaders to continually optimize and align the office portfolio to proactively plan for growth and divestitures.
- Set and manage ambitious annual operating and capital budgets for each facility and for the overall department.
- Ensure insightful portfolio-level reporting on lease renewals, operating costs, utilization, and lease accounting.
- Work in partnership with the Corporate Citizenship group to advise on innovative sustainability programs and proactively support all regulatory compliance reporting requirements.
- Develop a technology roadmap to support all aspects of Real Estate & Facilities management delivering insights for decision making and enhancing the employee experience.
- Provide operational support for M&A due diligence and integrations.
**WHAT IT TAKES**:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate and facilities management, with a track record of successfully managing complex portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability and green building practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Ability to think strategically, with a results-oriented mindset.
