Are you our Next Warehouse Manager?
We are currently looking for a hands-on and operationally minded Warehouse Manager. The company is fast growing and is looking for a leader that takes initiative. The Warehouse Manager will report to both the Branch Manager and Service Manager, be a key part of the team making critical decisions for the company, and be capable of overseeing a team, strategizing, and doing manual work. This role will have up to two direct reports.
A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Manager
- Oversee a 7,500 sq. ft. warehouse in Cambridge.
- Create and maintain documented process flows for receiving product, organizing inventory, and staging for installations.
- Oversee and support a team of approximately 1-2 warehouse employees, including training, development, and coaching.
- Operate forklift, trailer, and other equipment.
- Maintain warehouse safety through checklists, compliance materials, and organization.
- Assist in annual inventory counts and periodic checks.
- Protect warehouse contents with effective control procedures.
- Maintain documented inventory checklists.
What you Bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, ideally as a warehouse manager or assistant.
- Optimistic, constructive personality, always seeking process improvements.
- Experience with inventory control and digital systems.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience driving a forklift, scissor lift, and trailer.
- Proven track record of successfully managing people.

Additional role details
**Job type**: Full time, permanent (Cambridge)
**Salary**: $60,000 all in
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
**License/Certification**: Driving License (required) & Forklift License (required)
