il-Trek Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our products are designed and manufactured at our Cambridge, ON facility.

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system and oversee all warehouse logistics.
- Ensure critical inventory parts/materials are maintained to avoid shortages.
- Responsible for investigating missing inventory items; must be able to provide an explanation when inventory items are missing.
- Ensure there are no cycle count discrepancies; must be able to provide an explanation when cycle count discrepancies exist.
- Develop sound knowledge of Fil-Trek’s products and the importance of critical parts/materials needed to manufacture and meet production deadlines.
- Must be knowledgeable in the areas of supply chain management and lead times for commonly warehoused parts/materials.
- Ensures the ERP system is kept current, and information is accurate.
- Supervises and directs all warehouse staff.
- Ensures the proper and timely delivery of products.
- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment if services as needed and a clean and tidy workspace is maintained.
- Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts. Entering relevant data as needed.
- Perform various inventory counts, order supplies and goods as needed.
- Ensure shipping materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
- Ensure proper transport, packaging, and staging of products.
- Assist in the hiring and training process for all new warehouse hires.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping and receiving.
- Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks.
- Abide by and enforce company rules and regulations.
- Execute day-to-day activities in compliance with current legislated health and safety standards and the Company’s health & safety policies and procedures including WHMIS.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.
- 5 years of direct work experience in a warehouse management function or supply chain management position.
- Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Familiar with enterprise-level track-and-trace systems, as well as implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing third-party logistics providers.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, with good writing skills.
- Ability to interpret and act upon complex instructions.
- Solid project management skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
- Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, diplomacy, and tact.

- Excellent planning and resource allocation skills.
