Respiratory Homecare Solutions is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Clinical Assistant (Sleep) for our Calgary, AB branch offices. The Clinical Assistant facilitates sleep studies, and offers support in the storefront area as it pertains to CPAP therapy in a specific branch location. Specific duties include:

- Booking and performing sleep tests i.e. Snoresats, ApneaLinks
- Completing follow-up calls
- Downloading sleep studies
- Cleaning and maintaining sleep study equipment
- Assisting in phone coverage when required
- Coordinating & acquiring necessary prescriptions required to perform client testing
- Working with Respiratory Therapists to ensure that client funding and testing

requirements are made within required timeframes
- Charting patient interactions and maintaining confidential medical records
- Providing guidance and direction for questions and topics that address client safety
- Responsible to help create and maintain a safe and healthful work environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
- Superior organizational & customer service skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP & Google systems with strong data entry skills and selling skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in general office practice
- Certified or required to complete CPSGT training
