We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Winnipeg team as a Counter Salesperson. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Manage in-store displays, including seasonal transitions and product merchandising.
- Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring proper stocking and rotation of products.
- Maintain accurate pricing for all items to optimize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory records as needed.
- Keep the store environment clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Continuously expand product knowledge to better assist customers and meet their needs.
- Utilize computer systems for order processing and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Retail background preferred, with proven experience in customer service.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs (27kg).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Willingness to be trained on forklift operation.
- Retail experience is an asset.
