**Chateau Window & Door Systems** is an entrepreneurial, growing company and is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Installation Scheduling Coordinator, who is interested in gaining hands on experience within the construction industry.

We require an organized, driven person who is technologically savvy with excellent communication skills. Must have a mature approach, with an ability to exercise sound judgment in responding to inquiries and solving problems. The ability to juggle many tasks while meeting crucial deadlines is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Scheduling of window and door installations.
- Develop accurate and feasible installation schedules for all window/ door installers.
- Communicate with stakeholders including suppliers and clients:, builders, and all parties to ensure open and accurate communication on installation updates.
- Ability to review and maintain installation calendar in SharePoint.
- Maintain a database of all installation scheduling.
- Distribute work orders to installation partners.
- Distribute order pick sheets to warehouse employees.
- Process completed work orders for billing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree (Business related preferable).
- Minimum 2 year scheduling experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Able to work independently with mínimal direction and to work well with others.
- Customer service skills/experience.
- Self starter.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Outlook, SharePoint.
- Must be an enthusiastic team player, willing to support and promote change management initiatives.
- Must be career-oriented, proactive, accurate, deadline-oriented, service-oriented, punctual and reliable.

**Salary**: $1.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
