**What you will do**
- Work closely with the Project Manager and other internal departments to perform various project-related tasks, from assignment of project managers through to completion and closure of projects.
- Contact the Vendor to obtain the RMA# and shipping/return documents
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Shipper & Receiver to ship the material back to the vendor
- Track/Follow up with vendors for replacement
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator or PM when replacements have arrived
- Sign in defective or not required material from the technician
- Keep the Designated location in the warehouse for Returns
- Coordinate with Receiving, advising when items are added to the return area in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with Shipping when materials are scheduled to be returned to the Vendor
- Manage all access control cards including receiving cards into inventory, maintaining a minimum/maximum inventory of each card type, creating custom cards for the end user, scheduling shipping of each card to the end user (Customer), and supporting any issues related to access control cards.

**How you will do it**
- Work with installers, sub-contractors, install managers, and material handlers.
- Work with vendors regarding material shipments for access control cards and returns.
- Occasionally running reports from the system to share with the installation team and stakeholders
- Utilizing the system to complete various tasks on projects

**What we look for**

**Required**
- High School Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.

**Preferred**
- College or University degree
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Especially Outlook Excel and Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
