- Oversees, coordinates, and administers youth sports programs.
- Helps evaluate and make recommendations regarding sports programs, operations, and activities
- Recruits program coaches and participates in orientation and training
- Provides oversight and evaluation of coaches

**Required**:

- Knowledge of the objectives and principles of youth sports and youth programming
- Skill in coordinating, implementing, and evaluating sports programming and operations
- Skill in leading and supervising program coaches, as well as program participants
- Ability to establish and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with coworkers, coaches, program participants, parents and the general public
- Access to a car
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with staff and the general public in both French and English
