Lais Hotel Properties Limited (Vintage Hotels & Niagara's Finest Hotels) is currently seeking Part-Time & Full-Time Culinary positions; Prep Cook, Cook 1, Cook 2 and other kitchen positions to join our Team

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- 1-2 years work experience in a kitchen or similar environment
- Excellent eye-hand coordination
- Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
- Fine motor skills for cutting, chopping and arranging of meals on plates
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations in a dynamic environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset
- Prepares and cooks items for breakfast buffet and the lunch a la carte menu
- Sets up line for the lunch buffet when required and cooks all menu items on a daily basis
- Work in and maintain a clean environment
- Follow Lais Hotel Properties’ standards for food preparation
- Assists in the preparation of stocks and soups as required under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef
- All other duties as assigned
