**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and train café staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper food handling practices are followed.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase café profitability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience with POS systems and managing financial transactions.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Background in the food industry is preferred; experience in hotels or similar establishments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing help and support to both staff and customers.

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
