## Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at IL SORRISO CAFE & PIZZERIA. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and standards. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

## Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook pizzas in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned, prepared, and stored
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with other food preparation tasks as needed

## Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques and ingredients
- Proficiency in meal preparation and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
