**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
- Provide specialized care for clients with conditions such as dementia or those receiving hospice care.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving or home care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with assisted living environments and senior care best practices is advantageous.
- Experience in medication administration is a plus.
- A background in nursing or related healthcare fields will be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
- Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
