Mandarin Speaking Caregiver

**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary support in their daily activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in promoting independence and dignity while delivering high-quality care in various settings, including home care and assisted living facilities.

**Duties**
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care or home care is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Certification or training in caregiving or nursing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
