Calgary, Canada Arbour Lake Residents Association Full time

**Winter Lake Staff**:
The Arbour Lake Residents Association (ALRA) cares for, and improves upon, Arbour Lake amenities, with the main focus being a pristine ten-acre lake in the heart of the community. The ALRA is committed to world-class customer service, programs, and amenities.

Hours of work vary depending on weather conditions, and employees are expected to work day, afternoon, and weekend shifts. The lake staff position involves standing for long periods of time and moderate lifting.

Responsibilities Include:

- Ensure facility tidiness and cleanliness.
- Garbage removal
- Equipment/facility maintenance
- Snow removal
- Ice maintenance
- Complete building/machinery/outdoor repairs that may not require a specialised technician
- Perform various grounds/building maintenance tasks, as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent communications skills
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to the start.
- Evidence of a clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Critical thinking and problem
- solving skills
- positive attitude
- class 5 license required
- Abilitiy to work in a team or independently
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- ability to lift up tp 50lbs
- Experience using power tools
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours each day

**Education**:

- High School or GED

**Job Types**: Seasonal, Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
