Lake Sundance is a "members only" lake and park maintained and operated for the Residents Association. The Lake has between 13-20 employees. Lake Sundance is a 33 acre lake and a 22 acre park with year-round outdoor and indoor community activities and events including ice skating, basketball, water activities, court sports, rollerblading, tobogganing, soccer, fishing, playgrounds, picnic areas, disc golf, horseshoes, beach volleyball, room and hall rentals, indoor games room, a large family beach area. **Job Description for Membership Services Representative**: Applicants should enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude, be able to work well under pressure. Daily duties include but are not limited to: - Greeting members and visitors - Responsible for checking and validating membership cards when members/guests enter the park facility - Maintain and check in names on the guest list - Enforcing park rules and regulations - Receive and record fee payments - Help members sign out equipment - Responsible for locking up at the end of the day - Assist with facility rentals, walk throughs, etc. This is a year round position which offers roughly 20-30 hours per week during the summer season and reduced hours in the fall and winter. Please note as park hours vary throughout the year, a flexible schedule is required. **Qualifications**: - Successful applicants will be required to provide a current Police Information Check - Valid First Aid Training and WHMIS Training are considered assets, but are not required. **Note**: - Please note, only short listed applicants will be contacted. **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Weekday & Weekend shifts **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Fluent English (written and verbal) (required) Work Location: In person **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
