Surrey, Canada Residential Tenancy Consulting Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent clients in tenancy cases as their advocate.
- Handle consultations with clients, converting leads into clients
- Represent clients in residential tenancy hearings
- Provide expert guidance on resolving disputes and navigating tenancy issues
- Make phone calls to current and potential clients to offer advice and support
- Maintain accurate records of all cases in our internal database
- Provide support in preparing documents and filing cases with the Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB)

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively convert leads into clients through consultations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in property management setting is preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role with regular computer and phone use
- Full-time position
- Salary + Commission: $38,000 to $42,000 plus additional commission based on conversions.

**Location**:

- Surrey, BC V4N 3N8: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)
- Post-secondary education (preferred)

**Language**:
Fluent in English and Punjabi (required)

Pay: $17.82-$57.70 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
