**About the role**

RVs are unlocking a gateway to unforgettable experiences for our customers. They're cranking up the excitement for exhilarating race days, from tackling triathlons to conquering family fun runs and embarking on awe-inspiring backcountry hikes. Motorhomes become memory-makers on wheels as families journey to their favorite sporting tournaments, while trailers become cozy, on-site accommodations for guests at their favorite rock concert. Imagine this: luxury trailers providing a home-away-from-home for cherished friends and family at magical wedding ceremonies and spirited family gatherings, creating lasting memories one adventure at a time

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and create thumb-stopping content that gets people excited about all things RV and the great outdoors ️
- Develop our social media strategy and content calendar - be the brain that knows all the events and what's on our customers' minds
- Your success will be measured not only by social media engagement but also by driving amazing bookings, expanding our inventory, and securing repeat customers. You'll be driving more than just clicks; you'll be driving tangible results that fuel our growth
- Collaborate with influencers, communities, and partners to boost brand awareness and reach new adventurers
- Ensure your efforts align with our overall strategy by staying connected with other teams
- Analyze social media metrics, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and share your know-how with the team

**What we're looking for**:

- Must-haves:_
- 3-5 years of relevant social media management experience, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Exceptional writing skills and a sparkling personality that shines through your content.
- A curiosity for using cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT to unleash your superpowers and elevate your social media management game, keeping RVezy ahead of the competition
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, plus the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Nice to have:_
- Startup background
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research to optimize content for discoverability
- A passion for the outdoors, travel, or RVing, which will help you connect with our target audience on a deeper level
- Advanced knowledge in influencer and content creator lead communications

**Location**

The role will require you to be in-office 2-3 days per week in our Ottawa office.
