Social Media Manager

This role requires a detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and highly organized individual who excels in social media marketing strategy, execution, and audits.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement effective social media ad strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok for diverse clients across Canada.
- Capture and create engaging photo and video content for client social media accounts.
- Write ad copy for multiple platforms, ensuring professional standards (no spelling errors, fact-checking, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day tasks, including content planning, writing, post scheduling, and monitoring performance.
- Conduct social media audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strategize, analyze, and report on paid and organic social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, and the photo/video/animation experts at our sister company, Phantom Productions.

**Qualified individuals should possess the following skills & experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically managing Meta Ads.
- Proven experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience capturing and editing photo and video content for social media.
- Familiarity with YouTube Ads and Google Display Network.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Canva and Buffer.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while producing excellent results in a team environment.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
- Basic video editing for creating reels.
- Knowledge of apps like Agency Analytics.
- Familiarity with CRMs (our team uses ClickUp).
