**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead the estimating team in preparing comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create precise estimates and manage project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to ensure all aspects are covered in estimates.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best rates for materials and services.
- Monitor market trends and adjust estimates accordingly to maintain competitiveness in bids.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior estimators, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the estimating process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in estimating software, particularly Bluebeam and HeavyBid.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical skills for evaluating project costs accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience. Join us as we continue to build excellence in the construction industry
