4. Operations and Compliance:

- Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including inventory management, facility maintenance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.

5. Financial Management:

- Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and profit optimization.
- Work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management, or automotive operations, preferably in the luxury car segment.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
