Are you ready to break into sales and start building a real career? We’re hiring Entry Level Sales Associates in the Calgary area to join our fast-growing telecommunications sales team. This full-time role offers hands-on experience, weekly pay, and uncapped commission — perfect for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and ready to grow.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right wireless and internet solutions to meet their household needs. You’ll be the go-to expert on telecom products, guiding customers through service upgrades, new accounts, and promotions. If you enjoy connecting with people and want to develop real skills in customer service, sales, and technology, this is your opportunity.
**What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate**:
- Recommend wireless, internet, and home service options based on each customer’s needs
- Engage with customers in-person to answer questions and explain product features
- Help customers activate new services, upgrade devices, or modify accounts
- Track orders, maintain accurate customer records, and provide timely follow-up
- Hit daily and weekly sales targets while contributing to a team-first atmosphere
- Stay updated on new telecommunications promotions, pricing, and product changes
- Represent the telecom brand with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
- Work closely with team leads to refine your sales strategy and performance
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong communication and people skills
- A desire to learn about sales, technology, and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus but not required
- Goal-driven mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and full-time availability
