**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter and validate customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct before fulfillment.
- Work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders, adhering to quality standards.
- Liaise with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments, addressing any delivery issues that arise.
- Regularly review inventory levels and conduct audits to prevent stock discrepancies and ensure availability for orders
- Address and troubleshoot any order-related issues, such as product shortages or incorrect shipments, to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Document all order activities and maintain up-to-date records in the order management system, generating reports on fulfillment metrics
- Responsible for developing and implementing fulfillment and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehouse associates.
- Analyze fulfillment workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce order processing time.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or fulfillment is preferred.
- Proficiency in order picking and familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various warehouse equipment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
