**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Pack, unpack, sort, label and organize goods
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weight (up to 70lbs. frequently & greater than 100lbs occasionally - position with a dolly); continuously throughout the day
- Walk & stand for extended periods of time on various surfaces
- Reaching including over head bend climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
- Pick orders accurately & in a timely manner
- Keep warehouse in neat orderly condition at all times
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work Monday-Friday 6am-2pm & Sundays 9am-2pm if needed
- Currently live in London area & a permanent resident of Canada
- Must have strong verbal and written skills
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking and order fulfillment processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Team player with energetic and positive attitude
- Comply with all department and company policies and procedures including but not limited to safety and attendance

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
