As a Regional Sales Manager, you will significantly impact the growth of our business while guiding a robust team to reach its highest potential. You will provide leadership to Branch Managers across the Region and will be responsible for sales/growth, employee engagement/development, client service/satisfaction and business development within each community.

- A Level 3 insurance license in Manitoba and 3 years of leadership experience
- BONUS CAIB or CIP designation and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration

- Have an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry
