**Responsibilities**:
- Move loaded racks in the proofer and empty the proofer in the morning
- Ensure to have tags for the day
- Write down the time and rack number on each rack
- Ensure to have empty racks available
- Make sure bagels don't move when moving racks to the proofer
- Bring skid of boards from the boiler to make-up line
- When bringing boards from the boiler
- boards should not be higher than 4 feet and wrapped with surround wrap.
- Bring the skid of boards slowly and carefully
- Pick up the dough from inside and outside of the proofer. If there are any dirty boards on the floor put them at the 'to be washed' sign.
- Keep your area neat and clean throughout the shift and at the end of shift
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead hand
**Qualifications**:
- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
- Effective communicator
- Must have excellent attendance and work habits
- GMP and safety awareness
