Located in Vars, ON, Loeb Packaging is one of Chicago-based Republic Packaging Corp.'s eight North American operating locations. As a 60-year-old provider of corrugated, paperboard, cushion and custom packaging, we are known for outstanding design, quality, and customer service. In addition, we have a sister company, Impacte, which provides warehouse management services and can complement our packaging products or be a stand-alone service to provide solutions to our customers' problems.

With our eye toward growth, we are actively working to grow our sales by 50% over the next 3 years and enter new markets with our Impacte service offering. As part of that growth, we are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team.

The selected individual will be responsible for Shipping and Receiving Finished Goods and materials per a defined process, processing returns, movements between staging areas and the warehouse, inbound inspections, related paperwork, maintaining an organized area, assisting with monthly inventory, and other general tasks related to material and facility as needed.
- 1 - 3 years of material handling experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills - MS Excel and WMS
- Solid communication skills
- Willingness to follow established processes
- Forklift certified preferred but will provide certification for the right individual

Additional requirements for the role:

- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Familiarity with basic material handling equipment (pallet jack, dolly, other non-motorized)
