**Summary**

The Production Labourer assists work in the repair and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders while meeting the customer's requirements. This position will obtain information such as job instructions from company documentation, the “traveller”, and will ensure that all work is complying with environmental, quality, health, and safety standards.

**Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assemble manufactured hydraulic cylinders as per drawings supplied.
- Assemble repaired hydraulic cylinders as per the repair process
- Disassemble and clean hydraulic cylinders.
- Follow workplace safety culture
- Assist in pressure test hydraulic cylinders
- Read and interpret drawings, manuals and specifications
- Communicate with the supervisors, designers, and other personnel
- Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental procedures, rules, and regulations
- Meet production schedules and timelines to deliver products on schedule
- Maintain clean organized workspace

**Requirements**:

- GED or equivalent required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment required to do the job
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write English
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Must be adaptable to changing work environment and competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Reliable transportation

**Working Environment**
- Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, mechanical parts, and vibration
- May be exposed to noise levels and sounds that might be loud or distracting
- This position requires individuals to be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- 40-hour work week
- Manual dexterity required
- Overtime as required

- Fri
- 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or Mon
- Thurs
- 3:00 pm - 1:30 am

**Compensation: $22-$30/hr**
