OTR Wheel Engineering specializes in the manufacturing, distribution & recertification of wheels and rims for mining, earthmover, construction, forestry, agricultural and industrial machinery. At the present time, our company is looking for 1 (one) innovative hard working individual to join our team as General Tire / Wheel Production Operative / Labourer at our Edmonton location.

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time

**Salary**: Pending Experience but minimum starting at $19 per hour

Skill Requirements: Completion of High School

Credentials: Valid driver’s license essential.

Languages: Speak, read and write English

Product Experience/Knowledge: Forklift & Overhead crane an asset as well as previous experience operating tire mount machines.

Will be operating tire mounting machines, foam filling tires, tire press, shot blasting booth operating a forklift and overhead cranes, working as part of a small team, using various measuring devices to QA rims and raw material.

Security and Safety: Bondable, safety conscious, steel toe boots

Other Information:

- Follow all required safety procedures
- Fast paced environment
- Handling of heavy loads - must be able to lift 50lbs
- Delivery truck operating (1 Ton with 40ft gooseneck trailer)
- Package, wrap, sort and crate goods
- Grinding, painting, shotblasting, general cleanup, yard maintenance
- Painting experience an asset
- Any other general labour duties as required
- Applicants must have authorization to live / work in Canada.
