Reporting to**:Director, Owner Experience** Location**:Calgary, Alberta** Starting Salary**:$50,000** **The big picture**: Have your career take off with us As an Owner Experience Coordinator, you understand the importance of going above and beyond to provide exceptional, personalized customer service to AirSprint’s owners and guests. The Owner Experience Coordinator provides on-site, client-facing service to our owners, as well as coordinates with internal service and operationally focused teams to ensure owner preferences and expectations are met in a timely, professional, and consistent manner. **In this role you will**: - Provide personalized, exceptional customer service to AirSprint’s owners. This includes, but is not limited to: - Greet all arriving and departing owners and guests - Ensure comfort level and contentment of clients while waiting through offering refreshments and/or snacks based on client preferences - Maintain Kids program at AirSprint’s hanger - Maintain client amenities in lounge area(s) including replenishing commissary items as needed - Occasionally run errands and purchase items to meet owner expectations in response to requests. - Collect and verify outstanding documentation such as checking client passports - Liaise with Operations Service and Owner Services teams to arrange owner flight preferences, coordinate pre-arranged transportation and drop-offs, and help coordinate owner vehicle detailing. - Communicate IROPS including delays or diversions due to weather - Provide document management administration and maintain internal databases - Submit expense reports as required. **To be successful in this role, you will have**: - A minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience. - Written and Oral Proficiency in English - Proficiency using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook - A Class 5 Driver’s License **Bonus points if you have**: - Post-secondary education in Travel or Hospitality or Public Relations or Communications - Written and Oral Proficiency in French - Experience in the aviation industry **You’ll fit right in if you**: - Are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and possess good telephone demeanor skills. - Possess strong organization skills and are able to multi-task with ease - Act with integrity and honesty and can maintain confidentiality with sensitive information - Have great judgement and decision-making skills - Are a humble team player and are ready to pitch in wherever you’re needed - Able to work independently and possess strong time management skills - Are comfortable with on-the-fly problem solving and can roll with the punches without getting flustered **We think you’ll like working for us because**: - We care about your health and well-being and offer an employee assistance program, extended health care benefits, dental and vision benefits, and paid time off - We value your contribution to our success and provide a competitive salary and an RRSP matching program - We have a great team, and we work hard together toward common goals and with a passion for excellence - We offer family and friends flight benefits - We respect, honour, and celebrate the diversity of our employees as we know our differences make us better.
