**Duties**:
- Greeting, scheduling, and billing clients
- Providing a warm and welcoming front desk experience
- Facilitating payments from clients and insurance providers
- Sending out appointment reminders and confirming client appointments
- Compliance to dental records management and privacy standards
- Liasing with staff, partners, vendors, clients, and insurance providers as required
- Ordering and receiving supplies and paying supplier invoices
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining the lobby, front desk, and records in a professional and organized manner
- General office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and digitizing records
- Basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking inventory and reconciling statements to invoices
- Daily use of - Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Gmail, Cleardent, bookkeeping concepts
- Assisting with other aspects of clinic upkeep when assigned
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Verbal proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese (a large percentage of our patient base does not speak English)
- Outgoing and friendly with past customer service experience
- Self-motivated and able to contribute independently to a team
- Adaptable and enjoys a challenging environment where you are constantly learning (our clinic adapts to stay on the leading edge of modern dentistry)
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- A high level of professional integrity and respect for patient confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to resolve client issues in a calm and professional manner
