**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental team.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure patient information is up-to-date.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist the dentist in clinical procedures
- Prepare and disinfect examination rooms
- Sterilize instruments
**Skills**
- Proficiency in front desk operations within a dental or medical office environment.
- Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
