Water Damage Restoration Technician

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform cleaning and debris removal to prepare sites for restoration work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with structural repairs and reconstruction efforts as needed
- Use specialized restoration techniques to mitigate water, fire, or mold damage
- Document work progress and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during restoration activities

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory; reliable transportation is beneficial
