- Assist with media relations, editorial opportunities and relationships with key industry media.
- Create advertisements, collateral, and promotional material using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work with the team to define and implement strategies to promote the Dumas brand internally, externally and internationally.
- Assist with various marketing and communications projects, developing collateral to support the roll-out of communications plans.
- Develop effective corporate presentations and marketing materials.
- Assist with promotional activities including trade shows, special client and industry events.
- Website updates & maintenance.

**Competencies, Skills & Knowledge**:

- Proven track record working in an entrepreneurial, highly specialized, client-centric B2B environment, including engineering, construction, equipment or heavy industrial sectors.
- Experience working with a specialized supplier/service provider to the natural resource industry is preferred.
- Experience working closely with operational and business development teams.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
- Highly refined presentation skills for both written and visual materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of M365 suite.
- Strong knowledge and skill-set in Adobe Software.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Business. Graduate studies are highly desirable.
- Must be proficient in the English language, Spanish an asset.
