Our office is located in Westmount, Montreal and ambitions to expand beyond that. We’re a company with no politics or ‘red tape’ - you want to get something done, you will have the latitude and opportunity to run with it, giving you the chance to take ownership of your results with no ceiling of what you can accomplish. We are looking for a full time real estate leasing agent (no broker license required) who will be responsible to lease up buildings. We are looking for a talented and motivated leasing agent, who wants a challenging career working in residential real estate. We require someone with a deep passion for real estate who has the ambition to learn and grow within the organization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Encourage viewings with all prospective tenants - Tour prospective tenants through apartments for rent - Answer phone calls and give out leasing information as dictated by policy/procedure - Assist with the composition of advertisements - Contact and/or verify credit bureau, previous landlords, and employers to assess credit worthiness of prospective tenants **What we have to offer** - Base salary with high commissions - First Stays is committed to providing a work-smart environment that supports learning, encourages teamwork and empowers individuals. - 3 weeks of paid vacation per year. - A good working environment with people caring about each other.
