**How You Will Grow Our Mission**:
- Ownership of SmartSweets entire marketing/merchandising catalogue
- Daily maintenance of display tracker that shows inbound, forecasts and committed inventories
- Daily monitoring and replenishment of marketing/merchandising inventories at our 3PLs
- Manage Retailer Displays & Consumer Kits - SKU set-up, build requests, warehouse communication & customer commitments
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and external parties on upcoming programs & launch campaigns
- Meet with Sales and Marketing teams weekly to review business needs & provide updates on inventory
- Manage excess and short dated inventory and work with Sales and Marketing to find a resolution
- Manage monthly reconciliation and warehouse charge disputes
- Support other Supply Chain tasks/projects as needed
**What You Bring**:
- At least 2 years of Inventory Management/Logistics/Project Management experience (CPG experience preferred)
- Apics/CPIM Designation or Bachelors degree with concentration in Operations/Supply Chain preferred
- Experience with physical and system inventory reconciliations
- Experience in procurement & planning for POS Marketing Items
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NetSuite is an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Can organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Can perform well and deliver high-quality under deadlines
- Ability to problem-solve/troubleshoot operational issues
- Amazing communication, and interpersonal skills
