**PLAN Contracting Ltd.** (PLAN) is a locally owned construction firm located in Sooke, BC. Founded over 25 years ago, the company provides high quality excavation services to the local South Vancouver Island market.

**PLAN Contracting Ltd.** is looking to add an experienced full-time **Equipment Operator** to our Civil Construction Division. This position directly reports to the Site Foreman/ Superintendent.

This is the part of the ad which spells out what an **Equipment Operator** is supposed to do but of course if you are an **Equipment Operator** you will know what that is, so I won’t bore you. Our remuneration package includes many benefits including a 4% bonus built into your program. We strive to compensate our staff at the top of the industry. **Salary**: $35.00-$42.75 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Excavator Operating: 4 years (preferred)
- Civil Construction on Vancouver Island: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence or greater (preferred)
