**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate **telehandlers, excavators, and skidsteers** on construction sites.
- Assist with **civil construction tasks** such as trenching, grading, and pipe installation.
- Perform general construction labor duties, including site clean-up and material handling.
- Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of construction equipment.
- Work alongside a dedicated team to ensure project deadlines and safety standards are met.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Follow site plans and blueprints when required.

**Qualifications**:

- **3+ years of experience** operating telehandlers, excavators, and skidsteers.
- Civil work experience (trenching, grading, etc.) is an asset.
- Certifications for equipment operation (telehandler, excavator, skidsteer) are required.
- Knowledge of **WorkSafeBC safety regulations** and strong safety record.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Valid driver's license required; clean driving record preferred.
