**Job Duties**:

- Overall Maintenance & Repair of Building and Lot.
- Drywall Repair & Painting.
- Daily Cleaning & Deep Cleaning.
- Replacement of Lightbulbs.
- Safety Checks - Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting.
- Landscaping / Lot Maintenance.
- Snow Removal.
- Furniture, Equipment and Supplies Setup.
- Minor Repairs to HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems.
- Additional Duties as Required.
- Valid Driver’s License and Transportation.
- Ability to Lift Heavy Objects.
- Ability to work well independently and observe all Health & Safety Guidelines.
- Knowledge of General Maintenance Processes and Methods.
- Basic Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems.

**Pay Range**: $20-$30 per hour

Compensation based on experience.
