**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Manage enterprise-wide base pay structures and compensation frameworks.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of compensation programs to align with organizational strategy and market trends.
- Partner with People & Culture (P&C) teams to maintain accurate compensation data and reporting.
- Administer and project manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit, bonus, and market adjustments.
- Conduct job analysis, leveling, and benchmarking to align with external market data and maintain internal equity across job families.
- Support leaders and P&C with appropriate job matching external survey data and compensation frameworks.
- Monitor market trends, conduct research, and provide insights to ensure pay practices remain competitive.
- Advise leaders and P&C partners on compensation matters and support effective communication of pay practices to employees.
- Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable legislation and reporting requirements.
- Maintain internal governance standards and documentation related to pay practices.
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on compensation.
- CPP designation or working towards a certification is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in administering compensation cycles, building compensation frameworks, and advising leaders and P&C teams on compensation strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HRIS reporting; experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
