What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.**Key Responsibilities*** Administer team member benefits programs for both Canadian and U.S., including enrollment, changes, and terminations.* Manage compensation processes and support annual reviews across both countries.* Maintain and update data in Workday.* Prepare and analyze reports for HR and leadership.* Process and reconcile invoices related to benefits and compensation.* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies in Canada and the U.S..* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.* Liaise with vendors in both countries for claims, eligibility, and issue resolution.* Support cross-border compliance reporting and audits.**Qualifications*** Experience with Workday (ideal).* Strong understanding of benefits and compensation practices in Canada and the U.S..* Strong analytical and reporting skills.* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.**Contract Details*** Duration: Late March to Mid-November (approx. 10 months)* Possibility of Extension: Yes* Hours: Full-time#LI-EB1We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
