We are currently seeking a detail-oriented **CNC Machine Operator** to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to the achievement of daily production goals. If you have experience with CNC routers and a commitment to quality, we’d like to hear from you.

**Knowledge, Experience, and Technical Skills**
- Operate CNC machines accurately and efficiently according to production specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning and safety inspections of tools, machinery, and workstations to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors to support smooth workflow and address any production issues.
- Enter accurate and timely production data into the ERP system to ensure traceability and reporting integrity.
- Support other operational activities and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Previous experience operating a CNC router is required; experience with Komo brand machines is a strong asset.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Hours of Work
- **Physical Demands**: Regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms; must frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier or awkward items.
- **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**: Required to wear CSA-approved green safety shoes/boots, protective eyewear, gloves, and hearing protection (provided).
- **Overtime Opportunities**: Overtime may be available through extended shifts or additional weekend shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
